She Rocks Fitness is an Personal Training, At-Home Training, Boot Camp, and On-Line Training fitness company that is geared toward women. My goal is to make you feel strong, confident, healthy, while learning to enjoy the benefits of working out. My individual workouts and boot camps are designed to your goals, body type, and time frame. The workouts are fun, full of variety, and the most efficient way to burn calories and tone the trouble spots.
She Rocks Fitness is geared toward women, who just had a baby and do not have time to go to the gym for an hour; women who want to train for their first 5k, half marathon, or triathlon; women who want to get into shape for dreaded bikini season; and of course, the bride, who only has a few couple months to look her best on her special day.
She Rocks Fitness is here to help you achieve all of these goals and more. My training techniques allow women to feel comfortable and confident in their workout environment, whether that is at their home or at the park. I use your own body weight, dumbbells, stability balls, and other exercise props that are just as efficient and burn just as many calories as the treadmill and weight machines. My programs are designed to blast fat and tone the entire body through circuit training. Circuit training is the most effective way for women to get in shape within a very limited time.
