Monday Morning Workout: Tank Top Toner
After taking a well deserved Sunday off, She Rocks Fitness was back at the gym this morning for a great calorie burning and toning workout. Waking up early on Mondays is never easy, but the sun was shining, the sky was crystal clear, and it was still cool in Denver. No excuses! It was time to go and start the week with a healthy and fresh attitude!
This morning at 24 Hour Fitness, She Rocks Fitness tackled both a cardio and a back workout, also known as the Tank Top Toner! During summer with all the tank tops, tube tops, bikinis, and sundresses that we women wear, having a sexy and strong back is well down right sexy. - Running on the treadmill for 30 minutes
- Total calories burned: 400
Tank Top Toner:
Perform 3 sets of the circuit, doing 15 repetitions of each, and then take a 30-60 second rest after completing each circuit.
